Each mentor was at one time a student and each individual participant of a FreeITup.org project will share in the operations, development, growth, and success of this organization as an active participant in the projects, their development, and the continuation of this lifecycle as we learn together

We see local, regional, and global collaboration by and between individuals and groups throughout the creation, presentation, and growth of FreeITup.org projects wherein participants grow to become the leadership of the industries they create, the ideas they deploy, and the teams that they participate in as they too give back in mentoring roles

We look to the horizons to see participants leading their own efforts and entities in their respective fields of study, vocations, and project plans. We see Participants becoming entrepreneurs and hope to provide opportunities for them to succeed. We see doors opening for Participants who will actively manage the events and opportunities that are spawned through these projects.
